All effort of establishing sustainability need a strong leadership. We need youth people with good vision on sustainability, identify their resources, define a strategy and encourage their other to join with them in order to execute any initiatives in endorsing sustainability.

We train them to be having good knowledge and skill in leadership. We train them to define vision, we assist them to be confidence to talk to their other, we train them to trace problem’s root map and encourage them to find the solution. We sow seed for future leader of sustainability.
